MISC Details: All athletes and coaches MUST register through AdminSkiRacing - No Exceptions No Athlete or Coach will receive a ticket unless this attestation is completed - Magic Race Attestation This event will follow the following guidelines: Vermont State Youth Leagues and Sport Guidelines 9.1 ACCD VT State Update as of February 8, 2021 - LINK US Ski and Snowboard COVID-19 Alpine Domestic Competitions Guidance v2 VARA VARA - Ski Competition Guidance Eligible for Competition - Must meet all 3 criteria below Current VARA Member - with singed VARA Pledge Current member of and operating VARA Ski Club Living in VT and or meeting VT State Travel Guidelines Additional Magic Mountain COVID-19 Updates LINK TEAM Captains will be provided tickets ONLY on Race Day. There is no in person registration. All Registrations must be online and complete 78 hours before competition. TEAM Captains meeting will be conducted via zoom. Link will be emailed to all registered coaches. Tentatively Saturday 6:30PM. Ticket pickup will be Drive-By in B Lot 7:25 – 8:00. Team Captains will sign the TCM attendance form and certify 24 hour health check. All athlete and team parking in B Lot appreciated. Tentative Schedule: Jury Inspection 7:30 – 8, Lifts open 8, Athlete Inspection 8:15 -9, Race Start 10 am Athletes will NOT be provided bibs at the venue. Athletes will need to have bibs provided by their club or program. Start Area - Maximum cohort size - *(25) Signage will be used to create a staging area for each team Each team must use designated staging area only Volunteers at start limited per US Skiing guidance Inspection - Cohorts each assigned a time to access the venue Cohorts released for inspection one at a time by the Start Referee Finish Area - No gathering, no scoreboard, no announcement Results will be posted to Live Timing, no scoreboard Jury Notifications will be electronic, via WhatsApp Volunteers limited per US Skiing guidance Finish Shack - Restricted Access RA and Timing and Calculations only. Lodge and facilities access per Magic Mountain COVID-19 Policies – No Bags, etc. Your car is your lodge. o Take out window and outside dining at the new “T-Bar” restaurant Reservations for inside dining available online
