Hello and please see below for information on the final Coaches Ed Session in the fall series. Parents are invited to join as well as this topic is very relevant in this era of COVID. This session will provide much insight for coaches and parents in helping their athletes deal with being sidelined from competing or training whether it is due to injury, moving on in life, or very likely Covid. If you are coaching and or a parent this is information you will need at some point!

Mackenzie is the Athlete Career & Education Manager at U.S. Ski & Snowboard and founder The Sideline Perspective. 

A two-sport athlete at Dartmouth College Mac has experienced what it is like to be sidelined due to injury, what it takes to move on after injury and after retirement from highly competitive sport.  Mac started The Sideline Perspective as a platform for storytelling and support for injured and retiring athletes and through stories, interviews and podcasts have helped to shed light on the hidden challenges competitive athletes face when temporarily sidelined or no longer able to compete.  

Mac will share insights, experiences and advice to coaches on understanding and supporting their developing athletes through these challenging times.
