U32 High School - COACH NEEDED

2-3 days a week on the mountain at Bolton Valley. Usually do the 4pm night skiing option.

CPR/AED training (we offer the training) and then a concussion course through the NFHS are the only two hard requirements necessary.

Parents assist with the more administrative side of the job if that's not something that a candidate would want to take on. We really just want someone that can show consistently at the mountain for practices and teach our kids better technique and coaching for racing.

We generally attend around 10ish meets starting in January and wrapping in late February/early March and would need the coach to be present for most or all of them.

Dryland practices start Monday, Dec. 2.

The stipend pays around $3000-$3500 pending experience, but that's also the full stipend and if the candidate didn't want to do the administrative/dry land stuff, we may have to look at splitting that up.

We have a pretty laid back group that likes to have fun, but we also have kids that want to be pushed and coached and that's where we really need someone with racing/coaching experience to help move the program forward.
