Again this season we will be accepting payments and entries via AlpineReg, this is the best and fastest way to register for any of our racers.
COACH LISTS: Will be accepted via email, but entries will not be secured until pre-payment is received. Only paid coach entries are valid entries! Coach entries will be eligible for refund if they pull within 48 hours before the start of the race.
INDIVIDUAL ENTRIES: Must be mailed with payment to the address listed above. Faxes will be accepted, but please follow-up with mailed payment and note stating for which race. Please pay ahead to consider your entry valid. We will refund race fees with cancellation notice made 48 hours prior to race. Abiding by the 48 hour cancellation policy ensures that others can fill your space within our quota. Please call or email Eric 48 hours prior to the beginning of the race, to cancel your entry.
OUT-OF-STATE/NON-VARA ENTRIES: Please keep in mind that if the race fills with VARA athletes, your entry will be bumped down in position, in the order that it was received, as follows the VARA rule. If you are a NON-VARA member and sent your entry early and did in fact, get bumped out of the race, we will not cash your check. However if you were scheduled to be in and posted on this site under the start list and are a no-show, we will deposit your payment. Please take note on your to be sure you are an upstanding VARA member whose membership is current.
ON A SIDE NOTE: To legally race, you must be a CURRENT USSA MEMBER, so please double check before you mail entries, very important! VARA RACERS: It is your responsibility to check that your membership is current, please look under the help section on the left hand menu and click "Member List" to check your status. Please be sure you are renewed BEFORE you send an entry.
BIBS: All un-returned bibs are subject to a $100 fine and loss of competition / training privileges at Okemo until fine is paid or bib returned. I don't like sending out these invoices. So, please, return your bibs when you've finished racing.
